Here are a few things about me:

My name is Jessica Bates.

I like coffee in the morning and tea in the afternoon. 

I used to gag at the sight of a vegetable. Now I stroke them fondly and devour them. 
I write for an SEO blog.
I get scared easily. Haunted houses, scary movies, people jumping out from behind things — eek!

I tend to start projects and leave them unfinished. It has taken me a long time in life to figure that out.

I used to think I was a poet, but now I'm leaning towards fiction.

My husband is the President and Founder of Subtorious Sound. He's a wizard. And an iPhone app developer. I work with him to SEO optimize app page text, and I also use my graphic design skills to create app icons.
